car will not start. i turn the key headlights stay bright. hear nothing. dash lights come on , oil and abs stay on and when i turn key to start the brake light comes on and then goes out when key is released.keys pad will lock and unlock doors ..

The fuses under the hood its a 10Amp "off/run/start ignition switch feed" may need to be replaced. Check to see if the fuse is blown. Sounds like the same thing that happen to me.
