Why would oil dipstick smell like gasoline?

Radiator needs pressure test to check cooling system. If you are running too rich in the fuel system and not burning all the fuel that enters the cylinder it will go by the rings and get into the oil pan. You may have false info from the coolant temp sensor causing a too rich condition because of low coolant level. Have a qualified tech check it. Any cel?
