Why won't my car turn over?
What is your question?
New battery, power to lights and the radio, no starter clicking or sounds, no corrosion, engine is not on, clutch is slipping, happened 3 times- once it finally turned over and worked for a few days, twice I had to push start. Jumping and charging does not work.
What makes this problem better or worse?

Check for power at the starter when trying to crank. If it has power and is not turning over then you probably have a bad starter. The clutch slipping issue would likely require a new clutch if it has a lot of miles but I'd have that inspected too.
