Hello, Do you have a check engine light on? Normally, and frequently, this is an idle air control valve (IACV) issue. It allows sufficient air to enter the engine when the throttle body is closed, so the engine can keep running. When the IACV clogs up, your symptoms are replicated. The vehicle will still need to be diagnosed, and if you plan on performing the diagnosis yourself, I'll help as much as I can without the vehicle being present.
