I had an accident in my 2013 Chevy Impala, and now my car will not start, nor will the battery hold any charge unless hooked up to jumper cables to another car. When I turn the key while on cables, it does a quick one or two clicks but that's it and will not start. What could be the problems? I went to the Chevy Dealer and asked about security features that might be making it not start and they said there isn't any, and also my security light is not on. Please any help would be greatly appreciated.
