This is a correct answer. There is a bar graph that switches it from cold to hot or vice versa. It is in the I Drive system and I learned the hard way one winter, but the dealership showed me how to adjust. Very Simple!
I have tried this a number of times and still cold air coming out of all vents. Is there anything else I could check before I take in to delaership?
