What is your question?
I purchased this 2016 CRV AWD EX model. I never worried about this car since it is so new and so reliable. Regular oil change according to the computer. But recently oil level is so low, and the car missed about one quarter of oil. The cover of the engine has oil leak signs. I am about find a lawyer for this issue if I can’t solve this problem. Still in the time of lemon law. Need a satisfied solution from Honda. Thanks.
What makes this problem better or worse?
I checked oil level at the leveled ground. I added one quarter of oil after checking.
How long has your 2016 Honda CR-V had this problem?

Hello, it's best to work with your local Honda dealership to get to the bottom of any time you feel that there is excessive oil usage. "Lemon Law" and "lawyers" will ask if you have made an attempt to resolve the concern with your local dealership. Dealerships are equipped with problem resolution protocol for anything like this. I would recommend they start an "oil consumption test" -- they change the oil and filter (yes, you pay for the oil change), then check the oil level every 500 miles or so to see if it requires filling. Let the dealership do the filling and document oil consumption. Be advised that Honda (and many manufacturers) will tell you that usage of less than 1 quart of oil every 1,000 miles can be considered within normal tolerance. Even if you or I think that might be crazy, it is Honda's reference guideline. There is a footnote that suggests if a quart is used every 1,000 - 3,000 miles for the dealership to consult Honda. Bottom line -- don't get ahead of anything -- start methodically by following the process. If you have verifiable consumption, and have ample maintenance records, Honda WILL work in accordance with the 5 year / 60,000 mile powertrain warranty.
