What is your question?
Smells like it is flooded inside the vehicle. Try to start and it cranks for a min then finally catches but idles really rough and dies

Hello, fuel control issues - which can allow too much fuel to run through the engine and eventually come through the catalytic converter and exhaust system - are potentially quite damaging, besides not being very efficient. Engine performance concerns cause this - too much air getting into the engine, readings showing too much air when there really isn't, causing a rich running condition -- things of that nature. Either way, hands on testing with diagnostic equipment by a proven technician is needed to figure out what is going on so it can be resolved.
