Why is the front gas tank leaking to the back gas tank

What is your question?

'95 f150 xlt. When i fill the front and back tanks, the front tank flows to the back tank. The back tank then starts leaking gas pretty heavy

What makes this problem better or worse?

Worse when i had filled them up
