What is your question?
Over the last few months, I’ve noticed my recirculating air turns off at random. The last week or so, I’ve noticed it does it when I am slowing down at a red light or turning. It was blowing warmer air when idling as well, but I had the cabin air filter replaced and Freon added and the air is now cold. However, I notice the recirculating air is still turning off when slowing and turning occasionally. What could this be? Is it something to be concerned about?

Hello, it sounds like the recirculation door motor may not be working properly. Hands on testing to assess is needed. I don't know that it's a big issue, and with your other concern with warmer air and so forth, it's worth having a skilled technician look at this concern to see what's going on.
