What is your question?
I have a 2013 Jeep Patriot and last summer my Check Throttle and Check Engine light came on which would cause my car to stop accelerating. I got the parts fixed shortly after. This summer- the lights are coming back on in my car but nothing is physically happening to my car. I will be in the middle of driving and both lights will come on, but the car will drive fine. After turning the car off- the Check throttle light is gone- but the check engine light remains. After about 1-2 days, both lights will go away, and then come back in another day, and the cycle just keeps repeating. I’ve taken it to the shop TWICE now- where they’ve replaced the same things they did last summer when this issue arose, and then they replaced the wiring the second time, but the lights still keep coming on without my car showing any signs of something being wrong. What should I do?
What makes this problem better or worse?
N/A- the lights just keep cycling through this pattern
How long has your 2013 Jeep Patriot had this problem?
3-4 weeks.

Hello, it's entirely impossible to know what is going on until you have a proper diagnostic test tool that is capable of retrieving trouble codes and also monitoring data. With this capability and diagnostic know how, a proper diagnostic test can be conducted to determine what has failed. Conventional guesswork would correlate your current issue with what has previously happened. But it's dangerous to guess at that, and possibly wasteful cost-wise. It could be there is no correlation to what happened previously. Good luck.
