Why is my acc.and accessory and USB not working.

What is your question?

there is no power to the accessories or the USB port s in the center console. The fuse under hood is good. I took the center console out and the connectors look good. The windshield washer motor isn't working either. I'm only using the owner's manual so I don't have any actual repair manuals for the vehicle. I am at a loss thank you.

What makes this problem better or worse?

How long has your 2013 Ford Fusion had this problem?
