2016 Lexus gs350 Sport makes a rattling nose when I accelerate and when its in idle. car has 95000 miles. 1st owner. only maintenance done are oil changes, fuel filter, air filter since I first got it.

Could just be a heat or dust shield for the exhaust. Get it up in the air and inspect the shields around the exhaust. The ones at the CAT usually get loose. Alex
