Why doesn't my key fob work all the time?

Remote start doesn't always work. Most times I have to push the button with the key fob. Many times it will say 'key fob has left the vehicle' when the fob is right there in the cup holder.

How long has your 2017 Chrysler Pacifica had this problem?
