why does the front of my fit car drag (hit the bottom) when entering driveways?

Hello, That is the little pieces of plastic under the edge of the front bumper, sometimes called a curb feeler. It lets you know that you are running over something that is as high as the ground clearance of your vehicle, and helps prevent you from damaging your bumper. To prevent this, enter driveways at an angle instead of straight on.

I've had 2 Fits (2010 and 2017). Both are low to the ground and drag when going into a driveway or roadway from the alley. You might check the front of the car and see scratches.
