Why does my Saturn Vue 2003 shut off while I'm driving?

What is your question?

My engine shuts off when I'm driving. It will usually start right back up but is very dangerous. There is no rhyme or reason - it happens during warm and cool weather, engine is warmed up yet not overheating, gas tank full or not full. My battery is fine, alternator is fine, fuel has been cleaned. The local GM dealer supposedly does not recognize the problem.
