When the normal daytime running lights are on, the radio LED lights are on, but when the automatic headlights turn on, the radio LED's turn off, the dashboard lights stay off, and the tail lights don't turn on. When the manual headlight switch is turned on, everything else turns on, as it should. Is there a separate switch for the auto headlights that may have failed?
Did as you advised... The interior lights were on when the daytime running lights were on. I covered the ambient sensor and the only lights that turned on automatically were the headlights. The parking/tail lights did not turn on automatically and the interior displays turned off. When I moved the manual switch to the parking light setting, the interior lights came back on along with the parking/tail lights. When the manual light switch is turned to the full on position, all lights stay on. I uncovered the sensor, and when the daytime running lights turned on, the interior lights came back on.
Have the body control module scan tested for codes and to view live data on the light sensor/circuits....
