why car cut off while driving Brake" and "ABS" lights

My son's 96 Infiniti G20 was doing this and we found the problem was the plug in connector at the positive battery terminal on the battery had a bad connection. It was loose and would intermittently cause the car to lose battery power and die. We took the connector apart, cleaned it up and crimped it so it fit tighter and have not had that problem again.
