Why can’t I clear the check engine light

P0032 only speaks to the performance of the bank 1 sensor 1 oxygen sensor. I'm not sure why you'd see the need to replace all 4? And, what testing was performed to monitor and determine what the sensor is doing? The code doesn't indicate "replace sensor", it indicates sensor input over the maximum expected voltage.
