What is your question?
Looks like white liquid splashed around top of radiator cowling and on top of front air to fuel cowling. Not running hot, but have noticed a little steam smell on occasion lately. The white residue is dry and looked like it happened awhile back. The coolant is not white. Is there something white in the air conditioner pump? I have a picture if anyone has ideas.
What makes this problem better or worse?
NA
How long has your 2001 Toyota Tundra had this problem?
Just noticed it today...checking the steam smell. No noticable leaks.

Hello, it sounds like coolant, and coolant would leave "white" residue. I'd suggest pressure testing your cooling system - perhaps there's a leak that happens under certain conditions -- with expansion and contraction off components as they heat and cool. Nothing to do with your air conditioning compressor. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
