which solenoid is bad when transmission runs in low gear?

When I was driving, I heard a pop sound and vehicle wouldn't move in Drive anymore. My vehicle only runs in 1st and 2nd gears and in Reverse as well. When driving above 20 mph, I can shift to 3rd gear or on Drive and it will run but as soon as I stop it won't move again, I have to shift to low gear again. My transmission is an automatic transmission.
