where is the output vehicle speed sensor located.

the output speed sensor is on the drivers side of the trans. it can be seen through the lf wheel well. i would not start there. there is a power problem that should be addressed first. make sure you checked the fuses in the underhood fuse block as well as the interior fuse box. if you have a blown fuse, you will need to find out why the fuse blew as well.
