Already had a fuel pump, starter, alternator,and new battery but still take a long time to turn over

Hello, The fuel filter on the 98 Blazer, Jimmy, Bravada, S10, and Sonoma are all alike, and are protected by the frame rail near the fuel pump end of the fuel tank. Follow the fuel lines from the fuel tank, and you will run into a fuel filter.
