where is the evaporator hose located on the 2008 sebring i ned to unclog it

Usually you can see it if you kneel at the passenger door area and look under the dash on the passenger side. You may have to pull back the carpet a little to see it. Should just be a black rubber hose maybe 5/16 or 3/8 inch in diameter. Look under the car with the car properly jacked up and supported you should see the small hose exit the firewall.
