Where is the electronic throttle control located on my 2013 Grand Caravan and how do I fix it

(2013 Dodge Grand Caravan)
The check engine light has been intermittently coming on and going off for a while now. Then the electronic throttle control light came on. The next day, I drove it about 12 miles and the engine overheated and it just died on the side of the road. Armed with come-alongs, I returned with a flatbed to haul it home. The engine started right up and I was able to drive it onto the flatbed. When I got it home and coasted it off, there was some kind of fluid all over the floor of the flatbed. Not sure if it was oil or transmission fluid or power steering fluid. Also noted that the thermometer housing had a huge hole blown out of the top of it. I replaced the thermometer assembly; and tried to start it to look for the source of the fluid that was dumped on the flatbed. It wouldn't start. I have researched (a little) on the electronic throttle control but have no idea where it is or how many components it has. Appreciate any help. Thank You!
What seems to make the problem better or worse? Nothing at the moment - the engine has died.
How long have you had this problem? Check engine light-intermittent for several months. ETC light - one day.

Obviously there is an engine COOLANT leak some-where.

Fly by wire throttle control will not cause a no start condition.

Where is it and how do I fix it are two questions that do not belong together when it comes to automobile repair !

Good luck!
