where is the ecm

Hello, Kia had a bad habit of burying the ECM in the interior, and this vehicle should have the ECM under the center console. Look around for images of the mounting location, if there is carpet, it is most likely under the console. There is also an ECM relay under the hood in the fuse box, and that could prevent power to the ECM. Also, the ignition switch, or other components may be faulty, so testing is required.
