Out of the blue, the front & rear passenger side power windows will not function. At the same time, the driver side power seat adjustments are not functioning. Refer to Owner's manual indicates this particular fuse block, am unable to locate.

The "center" fuse box in your 2006 Chevrolet Tahoe is located on the fire wall near the base of the steering column. The MBEC1 fuse in the under hood fuse box sends power to the SEATS and RT DOORS circuit breakers located in the "center" fuse box. would suspect that the MBEC1 fuse is blown. Replacing the fuse may only be a temporary repair, I would suspect a damaged wire, shorted to ground is causing the fuse to blow. I have seen wires damaged near the fuse box and around the seats causing this fuse to fail. If you replace the fuse and it does not blow right away, check the circuit breakers in the center fuse box (watch out they may be HOT), If a breaker is hot the problem is with that circuit. You can also remove one breaker at a time for a while. If removing one of the breakers stops the MBEC1 fuse from blowing the fault would be in the circuit where the breaker has been removed. The above checks will at least help isolate the cause to the seats or the doors. Good luck!
