Where is Fuse location for 1991 toyota camry power window?

Hello, one fuse controls power windows, seats, locks and moonroof operation. If the locks and seat and moonroof (if equipped) works, then it's not that fuse. This one is a 30 amp fuse in a small block behind the left front kick panel. Circuit testing is required if this fuse is OK.
