Where can i find the pcm and where is the ect sensor

(1999 Ford Expedition)

do you have to dismantle the whole truck to get to the ect sensor

The electronic coolant temperature sensor is in the cylinder head on the driver's side in toward the center of the valley front of the engine. $30 switch .6 hour to replace.
I am sorry I don't know where the PCM is.
