When i and standing in front of truck and engine is off i hear something starting and stoping. What is it?

Hello, your cooling fan could run, a relay module could make noise as systems and processes shut down. Too hard to know without hearing it first hand. You're still under factory Ford warranty - so consult your local dealership service department for advice on this. They'll be able to tell you.
