When a vacuum leak is fixed does anything have to be reset?

Original trouble codes PO170 and PO173 which triggered misfires in cyl 1 PO301 then 3 and then multiple.PO300 Discovered vacuum leaks due to several bad hoses. This helped for a minute then started idling rough and stalling again. Replaced MAF sensor still didn't fix it. Discovered another vacuum leak hose disconnected so reconnected which helped but not entirely. Still has an intermittent idling issue which tries to stall out the engine.
