Whats the front plastic part below the headlights called and estimate to repair?

I believe they call that header panel ,its a long plastic piece that the headlight fit into ,no I'm wrong ,is it the grille ,I'm not sure ,there's the estimator on this web site ,it will get u an estimate. You can goggle 2008 Colorado front end pieces pic or parts ,it should show you what the part are called... It looks like the grille assembly,it runs under the headlights on that truck ,

It is a bumper skirt. I just replaced mine yesterday. $135.00
