What is your question?
I was attempting to change my timing belt myself, but couldn't get my engine to manually turn clockwise, so I tried turning it counter clockwise without knowing it's not suppose to rotate in that direction. It would only move about an inch in either direction so I put the timing marks back where they were when I started and put everything back together without even replacing the timing belt. I tried starting it shortly after only to hear a slight ping from the engine. Now I'm just worried I done something that can't be fixed easily. Please help!

Hello, the only help I'd recommend is that of a repair shop near you who can give you advice and guidance and make whatever repairs are needed after vehicle evaluation. Contact a local shop near you: https://repairpal.com/repair-shops/toyota-repair-and-service-in-chattanooga-tennessee
