What would cause gas leak after New fuel pump?

I've had many parts replaced for non crank issue, oxy sensors, plugs and fuel pump & filter. One Quick tip doesn't stay on after running 30 min then gas starts leaking. Car starts and run beautiful. Soon as ignition off gas stop leaking.HELP

Where does the gas start leaking from, gas tank, engine, or in between. Need a start location first.

The gas seems to come from one of hose from fuel pump that comes lose after car started and runs awhile. At one time got evaporated code prior fuel pump install. Check engine light back on but unable to get code due to gas leak. May have noticed leak from gas tank upon fuel fill up.
