After about 30 miles of driving the on and off lights for the traction control come on, if i pull over turn my vehical off and back on they go off but come back on after a few minutes of driving, if i leave it off for about a hour or so they do not come back on till after about 30 milez of driving again
What makes this problem better or worse?
Have not found anything that changes it

This is likely an intermittent failure in in the system.
The typical components that fail are wheel speed sensors, but there are several other factors that may cause failure.
The ABS and TC systems are both integrated into various other functionalities of the vehicle, especially if you have an advanced form of all wheel drive.
Have it scanned, and see if there are codes pending all the time, or scan it when the light comes on. Don't turn it off before scanning if the light comes on.
