What would cause a rumble and noise in the front end during a slow left turn

What is your question?

The noise feels like a more violent version of the lane change vibration. It feels like its in the front end or around the steering column. Repair shops haven't been able to detect or repair it. It comes and goes but seems to be happening more frequently. So far it only happens on a slow left turn.
