what tools do I need to replace the wiper arm, drivers side.

This needs to be done with wipers turned OFF - then the key turned OFF - that will place wipers in the correct (parked) position. Pop up plastic cover at base of wiper arm - place wiper arm into the parked position - just like the other side is. Tighten retaining nut using proper tool - - wrench or ratchet and socket. I can’t tell you the exact size the retainer nut is - I’d say approximately 12mm. Good luck!
