What is your question?
I have just the #3 cylinder that is low. The other cylinders are 90 dry and 125 wet. I suspect a burnt out valve and wonder if I can just pull the one head.

Hello, The common rule is that all cylinders should read within 10% of one another. If one is 90 dry, 125 wet, the range is 85.5-94.5 dry, 118.75-131.25 wet. Burnt valve, replace what is needed, make sure you grind the seat, change all fluids, replace head bolts, use the factory gasket, and have the heads leak-tested before removing the valves. If the head is warped, you will need to replace or machine the head. You could just have a bad head gasket leaking to atmosphere.
