What is your question?
I have a 2002 Lexus es300 . So when I bought the car the key fob was already tapped up . My daughter recently threw the keys in the fish tank ..... dried the water off tried to start my car it wouldn’t ! It wouldn’t crank or start . All the lights everything work perfect went to get the battery checked fully charged . I changed the key fob battery . Still doing the same thing . ( the key fob it crack/broken , but the buttons work fine )

Hello, I'm not sure what "tapped up" means. Your vehicle needs to have functional keys properly programmed to the vehicle. That's pretty much it. Seek professional guidance near you. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops Alternatively you could contact a locksmith.
