What sensor is on top,behind water hose on passenger side sensor is that it's 2 and 1 is broke

Hello, I'm sorry to say that your description of a sensor that is broken is hard to discern. When I think of a water hose on the passenger side, I'm thinking of the hoses to the heater core. But I have no idea, really. Is the PCV hose detached? This could cause engine vacuum concerns, and as a result can cause a problem with high idle and poor fuel economy. But it's a total wild guess. Visit a shop near you to have them physically see what you are speaking of. Often times you can have a discussion about repair direction before spending money.
