What is the highest tire ratio that I can install,w/o having any kind of problem

depending on vehicle safety inspection laws(if they apply) , best bet would be to have a tire specialist at a shop review your options in person , in Virginia , if you change tire size and they hit/rub the frame/suspension anywhere , it will not pass inspection , and is also bad for handling.
