What is your question?
Back right tire is leaking fluid. I am guessing from the brake line because I lost a lot of braking power on my way home.

Hello, There could be a burst rubber line, a leaky wheel cylinder/caliper, depending on which type of rear brakes you are equipped with, or the metal line could have rusted through, or burst. Without understanding the issue, there is no way to quote the repair, however, diagnostics are not needed to discover a brake fluid leak, because there are only a few things that can cause a leak. You should have the vehicle towed, not driven, to a repair facility, and they will be able to estimate the repairs as soon as the vehicle is in the air. The job will come with a brake system flush, and all of your brakes will be inspected while in the shop. For best results, see the link below, and ask the shops in your area from that list if they offer a tow service. Again, this vehicle is not safe to drive, and you may/probably will lose all braking power very quickly, even pumping the brakes. http://repairpal.com/ford-within-10-miles-of-montrose-colorado-81401
