What is the best recourse/repair for a P0301 code, Cylinder 1 misfire.
What is your question?
This has happened about 3 times, over 3 weeks, 2 tanks of gasoline, seems to be running 98% normal. I'm not objective to a repair, although replacing a plugs and coils and the problem still persists, seems like a waste. The car has 86,000 miles. Is it past due for a regular complete tune up?

I've noticed the problem when the engine is under torque, going up a hill.
