Hello, What a surprise, my daughter was born right there in Round Rock. Nice town. Pull the panel from the inside of the door, and test that the motor is receiving power. Multi-meter's are cheap if you don't have one. There should be battery-level voltage at the motor when the lock button is pressed. You can hold the button down until the meter flattens out and gives you an accurate reading. If the voltage is there, but the motor will not lock or unlock the door, replace that motor (easy). One caveat is if the motor is good, but the door latch is sticking closed, or freezing. If the motor cannot move the latch, it will seem as if the motor is bad.
