P0171 means the air-fuel ratio is too lean. The most common problem for this code is an air intake leak i.e. a disconnected vacuum hose and a failed MAF sensor - of course there could be other things too. I'd suggest to find a good MB specialty shop and let them diagnose it. Zee

Hello again, Check your right lower ball joint and tie rod end. The added weight on the right side when steering left may be stopping the vibration.
