What is causing the rough idle?

Hello, This could be as simple as the fuel being contaminated with water or excessively complicated. The first step is to scan the engine for trouble codes. If the engine is running this roughly, there should be a few there. I would expect to see P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303 and P0304. That just means you are having misfires. What will help us understand why you are having misfires is any other code that is stored. The other side is that you may not be having misfires at all, and that would be strange but conceivable.
