What is your question?
I have a 2007 Accord EX-L v6 3.0 VTech. It started misfiring in cylinder 1. The motor chugs as if it is missing and doesn't change when unplugging the coil pack. I have changed the coil packs around to see if it was the coil pack. It stays on cylinder 1 regardless. I changed the sparkplugs twice and even went as far as swapping the fuel injectors. Nothing has helped. I have good compression and everything is stock. It holds oil like a champ. I am thinking it's a sensor or a wire problem but I'm at a loss. I took it to 3 mechanics and they can't figure it out. They checked my timing belts and everything seemed okay. It was working flawlessly beforehand. I took it over 100mph (I never go over the speed limit but I just got the car and wanted to see what it could do) a few days prior to this happening. I am at a loss for solutions. It chugs worse when in Reverse, but it hesitates to get going. Nothing makes it worse. It's simply just there. Back 3 spark plugs are always dry carbon coated.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Quick presses to the gas pedal
How long has your 2007 Honda Accord had this problem?
A few weeks

You say the compression is good? What is the PSI on all 6 cylinders? Sounds to me like a plug or coil concern if not base engine. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
