What is a fair labor price to remove and replace the engine of a Jaguar XJS(5.3)

My labor guide says 30 to 35 hours labor to remove engine transfer parts from one to another reinstall and run engine. May want to replace or have radiator checked/tested and replace all the coolant hoses.
