What engine oil should I use + how much oil will I need when changing oil+Filter

weight on oil filler cap,also emissions sticker under hood.if you have none of the above,go to www.autozone.com.under my vehicles,click add vehicle,enter year,make,model,engine size.then go under repair help and click on specifications,then click on routine maintenance,then click on engine oil type/weight/capacity.DO NOT OVERFILL
