What is your question?
My X5 has been slow to crank up; when i first start driving the x5 starts up fine. After making several stops, its hesitates to crank up - when that happens, the message TRAN.FAILSAFE PROG pops up along with a brake indicator warning. I drove the vehicle while the message was showing and the vehicle was slow driving; when I came to a stop at the traffic light, it began to jerk; when I drove up to the next traffic light it began to jerk again. I immediately pulled off the street and the vehicle cut off; I waited abt. 2 minutes, cut the x5 back on and the message TRANS.FAILSAFE did not appear. We have taken the vehicle down to the repair shop to connect it up to their computer and they are saying there is no message indicated - they didn't find anything wrong. This trans .fail problem appears almost every time I drive the vehicle. Please advise. Thanks
What makes this problem better or worse?
Not sure - this happens after I driven around cutting and cranking it up
